Beauty,
wild like a beast,
I fear to tame,
Empyrean portals,
like the ferryman's orbs of flame,
absolve my heart,
find no blame,
like the Divine Poet,
I'll traverse the plains,
my desire,
to answer the call of Beatrice by other name,
if you have open arms,
I'll endure the pain.

Brain Wash

My eyes absorb the filth,
so I irrigate my brain,
to maintain my thoughts,
I abstain from the callous and the vain,
if you're following destruction,
then I guess I'm going against the grain,
sure it's a narrow lane,
and some might think I'm insane,
but your sin leads to pain,
and if I can enjoy joy forever,
then I'll snap my shackles,
and break all my chains,
see I was a slave to sin,
so we're one in the same,
sin was our ancestors claim to fame,
but we're all guilty,
we're all to blame,
